Faster and safer registration from 1st of June
From Monday 1 June, LAG will start with a new automated visitor registration system. The company will continue along the path of digitisation while increasing safety for visitors and employees, especially during the current corona period.
At the business-site in Bree, Belgium, LAG Trailers introduced a number of safety measures in the wake of the Corona pandemic. As an extension to the existing guidelines, LAG is now also installing an automated visitor registration system. This system offers the possibility of an almost hands-free registration improving the hygienic conditions even further. The new method ensures a user-friendly digital registration for all visitors, suppliers and customers by means of integrations with Outlook , Google Maps, QR codes and SMS.
LAG Trailers has also been focusing strongly on general safety in and around the company for years. This aspect has not been forgotten during the implementation of the new system. In the case a fire should occur during one’s visit, registered visitors can, for example, receive an alert by SMS.
The trailer manufacturer has been investing heavily in digitisation for several years now. The invoicing and an increasing bigger part of the administration transitioned to a digital way of working for quite some time now. The registration of visitors is the logical next step in this evolution. The new system increases internal efficiency while reducing paper consumption. Talk about a win-win situation.
